W43G Series leveling machine

PERFORMANCE FEATURES:

★ W43 series multi roll leveling machine is special equipment for leveling the sheet metal and strip metal. The leveling machine is used to level the uneven plate under cold state. It can be part of

uncoil-shear-leveling line and steel pretreatment line. It can be used either separately or together with other equipments. The whole machine adopts split type frame structure. The lower working rollers are fixed on the down machine base. The up working rollers are fixed on the movable beam. The movable beam can move up and down and can also tilt to a certain angle to adapt to the leveling of plate of different thickness. To ensure the level precision, both lower and up rollers are equipped with support rollers. Up and lower rollers are all driving rollers and adopt integration planetary reduction drive form. The construction is compact.
