YJZ087 Series automoblie chassis forming hydraulic perss
PERFORMANCE FEATURES:
★ This machine is suitable for auto longeron stretching process, also can be engaged in other metal sheet forming and calibration process;
★ The machine has independent power mechanism and electrical system, PLC control technology, the closed loop synchronous control
system centralized control buttons, which can realize point move, three operation modes of manual, semiautomatic, and according to customer's technological requirements of different length of products take different program control, reducing power consumption;
★ The machine working pressure, pressing speed, the traveling schedule scope may be adjusted according to the technological
requirements;
★ This machine adopts the structure form, more than three beam column three beams to carry on the aging treatment, welding machine has enough stiffness and strength, operating space is capacious. To facilitate observation and mould to install all around, the machine has simple structure and good appearance. Hydraulic system adopt integrated instrumentation system in combination with proportional control valve which can realize large flow and high synchronization precision large partial load capacity requirements, and the structure is simple, compact, reliable, easy to fault diagnosis and elimination;
★ The power system of the machine is on the top to reduce floor area.Safety barrier is equipped around the up beam.Ladder is also equipped for convinient installation and repair;
★ Can use the common control system or servo control system.
